We provide service on every working day in Hong Kong. We do not reply any email on publish holiday of Hong Kong. Every products warranty provide by official company's band or factories. When our client buy the products and read the detail information of that product careful. If our client has any question of product then email to our staff for the product before buy that product. We provide service assist to solve problem for using products. If our client bought products with problem then email us please. we will hard to assist you. But we do not guarantee product's company can provide new device for new windows.

Most products made from China and some products made from Taiwan. We can provide warranty from six weeks to six months long. The product's price above US$10 for one piece include warranty. The price below US$10 for one piece for one piece dose not include warranty. The warranty is not include any charge for shipping to us and return. The products with problem and send us with the shipping charge for return. We send the product to factory for repair.

Warranty will not cover those damages due to:

1).Operation which is not specified on the user manual
2).Fault voltage supply;
3).Fire, flood, or any other will-of-god;
4).Consumable parts such as printer head, ribbon battery etc;
5).Mechanical damage of cable, casing,connector, cover, panel, plugs, socket, switch and other external moving parts. 6).The unit is damaged in trabsit or misused after your purchase;
7).Any repair or modification other than the authorized distributor has been carried out on the unit.

All products warranty and repair service be provided by the official brand name.

Warranty
